I just wanted to announce to everyone, and give a big thank you and hug to my wonderful web designer/tech, Hawke, that Star Cyrannus Society has a chat room right here! (I just went in and finally took a look in, and looks fab Hawke! ) Thanks a million! Hope everyone might take advantage of our Cyrannus chat room soon! Scott, we must try it out one day, shall we schedule a maiden chat in on the Corona? In the meantime, May the lords of Kobol be with you all!

Hi everyone! I would just like to come back to this topic, as I was thinking how much fun it would be to have that inter-galactic chat with my members someday soon. I would like to give plenty of time for everyone to have the chance to clear their schedules for it. I just took a look at my calander, anad how does the 20th March 2009 sound? For Australian members, that would mean the 21st March. Now, the time of day I was thinking would be around my time at 2:00pm eastern Australia. I don't have daylight saving in N.Q, but for anyone in other states, you will probably have to account for an hour ahead, providing you are still observing DLS. For those in the US, or other countries, you'll have to figure out your time zone where you are. If you're having trouble figuring it out, PM me and I can figure out what time it will be for you in your local area to correlate with my time of 2:00pm Eastern Aust. for the chat. Look forward to hearing from you all!

Doesn't the USA go back to daylight savings time somewhere around that date?? I don't know anymore. They changed the dates a couple of years ago and I'm still confused.

Indeed, let me know if the USA will be changing to DST around that date, and we can make allowance for you all being an hour ahead as well. Athene, I worked out you're going by Chicago time where you are located in Canada. So, when it's 2pm Saturday 21st March here down under, it will be 10pm (or 11pm DST), 20th March for you in your area Athene. Does that sound too late in the evening? I could move it back earlier in the time.

Man, I thought the date was further along in March and didn't see the reminder until after it happened.
